Occupying an area of 5,200 m\u00b2<\/strong>, this contemporary German “apartment house” is illuminated by Italian lighting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The project is marked by the signature of the PLAJER + FRANZ project gmbh studio, which chose OLEV lamps<\/strong> to illuminate the expansive interior spaces featuring variable-height ceilings that extend up to 7 meters<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Architect Alexander Plajer<\/b> and his team at <\/span>P+F project GmbH<\/b> envisioned an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere<\/span>, using wood for the interior walls and ceilings.<\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span><\/i>OLEV’s products stood out from the start with their <\/span><\/i>technical perfection <\/i><\/b>and quality standards.<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/p>\n

No other lighting brand can deliver such <\/span><\/i>quality and flexibility<\/i><\/b>, especially for ceilings over 5 meters.<\/span><\/i>” <\/span><\/i>Architect Plajer explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OLEV’s dynamic lighting strips and Beam Master Track Zummy spotlights, featuring adjustable zoom and focus control, enabled the team to create the perfect ambiance throughout the resort’s asymmetrical spaces.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“It wasn’t just the design of the luminaires but also their perfectly adjustable zoom and focus control function that transformed the space,”<\/span><\/i> Mr. Plajer noted. <\/span><\/p>\n

The lighting is simply outstanding. The design and finish of the spotlights are almost <\/span><\/i>too beautiful to be confined to the ceiling<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/i>“<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The project received the Kyoto Global Design Award in the category of ‘environment.’<\/span>
