Here’s how the OLEV 5-year extended warranty works

Extending your OLEV products’ warranty from 2 to 5 years is really easy.

Inside the lamps’ packagings, you will find a card featuring the step-by-step instructions.

As an international customer, you might have purchased your lamps through an OLEV partner: make sure to request the card to your supplier.

You can complete the activation process of your extended warranty online. It won’t take more than 5 minutes.

Once you have activated it, you will receive the 5-Year Extended Warranty Certificate. Keep it in a safe place, so you can provide it on request in case of a claim.
